Imagine a network of church planters who begin to change the nature of churches and unions in the EBF region through what they learn and the excitement, imagination and life they bring. A network in which church planters and partners are connecting, collaborating, and challenging each other. The 21 years of Mission Partnerships have shaped a healthy foundation for the continuation of this movement.
As part of our EBF staff leadership team you will develop our highly effective Mission Partnership programme. In particular you will enable developments in networking church planters and increasing the capacity of the programme as we respond to migration, urbanisation and new technological partnership advances. This role will involve international engagement and travel in Europe, Central Asia and the Middle East demonstrating cultural awareness, diplomacy and creativity in the fulfilment of the role. The church planting enabler will work 75% time for EBF.
